How to File Your Minnesota Secretary of State Annual Report

Minnesota makes it easier than many other states to file your Annual Renewal. To do so, visit the Minnesota Secretary Of State Website and click on the tab that says “File an Amendment or Renewal”. From here, you simply fill out the information on the form and submit it.

You may also print and fill out a paper form, then mail it in or deliver it by hand along with the filing fee if required. If you are changing your principle business address or your registered agent information, you’ll need to attach the amendment online or to the paper form and pay an extra $50.

Each form is different depending on the type of business that you are filing for, and it’s important to ensure that all information is correct. If you would rather avoid the hassle, our team can file for you and make the entire process effortless on your part.
